Worst experience I have had in NZ. Bought a car and noticed issues within 2 weeks. Went back for help - their staff caused more damage during testing (I was watching) and denied it. No CCTV, and we hadn’t taken photos due to trust. The owner threw the keys into the car and told us to leave. Felt discriminatory. Always take photos and keep evidence!
Purchased a vehicle remotely through Dan - Very easy to deal with - Excellent service and communication and very happy with vehicle .Cant ask for anything else. All very easy. Mark & Shona Hokitika
