Have used the service department a couple of times now and have always found them to be extremely helpful and provide top notch service. Richard goes above and beyond to help. Awesome team.
Worst experience I have had in NZ. Bought a car and noticed issues within 2 weeks. Went back for help - their staff caused more damage during testing (I was watching) and denied it. No CCTV, and we hadn’t taken photos due to trust. The owner threw the keys into the car and told us to leave. Felt discriminatory. Always take photos and keep evidence!
Purchased a vehicle remotely through Dan - Very easy to deal with - Excellent service and communication and very happy with vehicle .Cant ask for anything else. All very easy. Mark & Shona Hokitika
