Great guy
Kenny is a truly amazing trainer. His knowledge in fitness, exercise, and nutrition is expansive and he is able to put together a comprehensive workout for any fitness level. An excellent motivator as well, a workout with Kenny is truly a life changing experience. My husband and I are moving out of the area next month, but wanted to share just how helpful this gym is.
