Awning stopped working properly after 3 months. Almost a year since I raised the issue. Numerous calls to technical support and management, but it still doesn't work. Now I can't get a response about status of parts they promised to send a month ago, or any return calls. Don't buy an expensive mechanical product that has no service support!!!! Especially from this company. (FYI. They we sold to a much larger company a few months ago, so they may be getting phased out..)
