I wish I could be more positive, but this was not a nice experience. I am glad that it is over. My kitchen is beautiful and they put it together well when they showed up. It was supposed to be 2 weeks and was over 5 weeks because their people didn't show up. And as any project is we ran into road bumps and that extended it a day or two. Thank you Taylored restoration. This company no-showed on us twice after either myself or my spouse took time off of work to be at the home for scheduled services. Communication was severely lacking and the customer service was very poor. We ended up cancelling services with them as I wouldn't trust someone who can't even have the courtesy and respect to call and say they're not coming out to work on my home.
