As I’ve been cleaning my house and looking more closely at the paint work that Taylored Restoration did, I’ve noticed several issues. There are stickers on the walls that were painted over instead of being removed, along with multiple missed spots throughout the house. The overall attention to detail just wasn’t there. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t use them again and would not recommend their services. My basement flooded at the beginning of 2025 and it’s now Jan 2026 and it’s still not resolved or repaired. The process has been a nightmare even though it’s supposed to be going through insurance. They are refusing to work with us in any capacity even though it’s through insurance. They are difficult and confrontational. This is the first time I’ve ever had to use a service like this and I hope to god I never have to again because I would rather let a homeless person fix my house than deal with this company again. As I am cleaning my house, and looking at the paint that Taylored restoration did. I wouldn’t ever go back to them again. They left stickers on the walls and painted over it, I’m noticing missed spots all over my house… never again Not recommended.

We called them when we came back to Alaska to find water damage from a failed city water line. Sadly they were too busy to ever call us back so we went with another company who came right out within an hour of receiving the call.
