Received an unsolicited cold call at my door from one of their salesmen. The realtor removed the For Sale sign this morning and he showed up a few hours later. Not sure how he knew my name bc I recently moved and haven’t told anyone but family our new address. We’ll be getting a security system but not from this company. It was sketchy enough that I called the police to see if there was a scam going around and I’m also reporting this and the predatory tactics to the BBB.

The Technician came out was timely and friendly/professional. The wires that had been place behind my siding for my security system he reseated behind the siding. One wall still looks good the other section the wires have came out again. Needs to be more of a permanent correction. Said he would correct wires in box still has not returned..... will give better rating after corrected.
