Received an unsolicited cold call at my door from one of their salesmen. The realtor removed the For Sale sign this morning and he showed up a few hours later. Not sure how he knew my name bc I recently moved and haven’t told anyone but family our new address. We’ll be getting a security system but not from this company. It was sketchy enough that I called the police to see if there was a scam going around and I’m also reporting this and the predatory tactics to the BBB.

Dangerous drivers on the highway. Absolutely ridiculous and inconsiderate to others on the road for the sake of not missing their exit. TCS truck was driving behind me on the highway, got into the next lane then cut me off because they realized they were gonna miss their exit almost causing an accident on the highway with me and other drivers. Teach your employees that good drivers miss their exits and don’t pull stupid moves in company truck.
The process was easy and we love the fact that they are LOCAL and the systems do not seem to be junk products. The two guys who installed it were professional as well as timely.
TCS is a great company to work with. They are always willing to help and go the extra mile! Nick is always on top of things. Our residents love this system !
The Technician came out was timely and friendly/professional. The wires that had been place behind my siding for my security system he reseated behind the siding. One wall still looks good the other section the wires have came out again. Needs to be more of a permanent correction. Said he would correct wires in box still has not returned..... will give better rating after corrected.
