I suffer from Lupus which causes pain, stiffness, and fatigue and triggers some occasional depression. Jamie is the most effective therapist I have ever worked with. Her modality changes with my needs; some days it's stretching and traditional massage, other days, it's managing anxiety and fears mixed with visualization exercises and hands-on acupressure treatments or cupping.
