Called Taylored Air after my heat pump stopped working. I never worked with them before, and was sure I would have to wait a long time to get service. They were wonderful to work with, from calling and reporting the issue to the technician coming out that afternoon to fix the problem. I am so relieved to have found such a great company to handle my HVAC needs. Technician was very professional and courteous. Jesus was not pushy, he explained everything he did, what was needed and reasons for needing to be done.
The technicians were great. They were able to arrive earlier than what was scheduled. They listened very well to the problems I having with the unit. When they were finished they explained thoroughly what they had found. Luckily it was nothing serious at all. My wife and I will consider signing up for a yearly maintenance plan. Thank You, Gary P.
