Very unprofessional very rude we'll make a payment plan with you and then renege on that payment plan been refused to give you a deposit back and will cuss you out using foul language

Called to talk about installing a pool. They answered with “Hello?”. I then asked if this is Taylor’d Pools. They said “yeah?”. Before I could say anything else they asked if I could hold on a minute. 6 minutes passed and they must have realized I wasn’t leaving and hung up. Great business model for getting customers. There might be a reason they are the cheapest around.
