10/24: hired Taylor to strip and refinish an old door a couple months ago. He picked it up and has disappeared. I have called and texted multiple times over the last month and he has never contacted me back. I feel like he may have stolen my antique door and might have to file a police report. My last years review was as follows so I assumed he was trustworthy: Called and left message about my front door hinges falling off. He called back, dropped by and fixed it same day. Solid, fast work. Will definitely use again!
