I was trying to scan in for the first time using the scanner, I was having trouble. There was a QR code on it, so I tried scanning it. Suddenly, a young woman from reception stepped out to assist me. She told me to place my phone under the scanner. As I was doing so, she raised her voice, shouting, "under, under, UNDER," and her attitude was quite rude. They have over priced gym membership when they whole pool system is closed like Atlest change the price lower cause it is a lot for what you get. They need to change the temperature in the gym it be super hot to work out and feels terrible being inside a room with no ac i expect better for what I pay for coming here and no ac
