From start to finish, just lovely staff and Doctor. Eased my concerns, explained everything thoroughly.
Just had my 2. surgery with Dr Taylor. The doctor, nurses and receptionist were super nice and helpful. *****
This doctor knows his job.
I was told to be at my appointment 15 minutes early, waited in the waited room for 45 minutes. Nurse asked all the questions waited in the office for another 20 minutes Dr. Taylor walked in didn't say Hello, Hi or even Hey, didn't introduce himself, didn't acknowledge me at all. He talked to the nurse looked at my "rash" for less than 2 seconds didn't explain anything to me. Then had the nurse give me a prescription without actually telling me what the medication was, and there was still no explanation as to what the rash on... read more
I went for my appointment this morning. I was told 11:15 a when I got there they said they had me booked for 9:45. I had put the time in and repeated it when I had called. I was wondering why the 2 doctors I had seen in the past referred me to Calgary and Lethbridge. I had my family doctor refer me to dr Taylor. Now I completely understand why no one wanted to send me to him. Hopefully he retires soon and we can get a decent dermatologist in town.
