I had a truly awful visit at Lone Star Neurology with "DR" WALTER TAYLOR and cannot recommend this office to anyone. The doctor was the most dismissive and inconsiderate physician I’ve ever encountered, especially for something so sensitive. He talked over us repeatedly, wouldn’t let us explain even simple symptoms, and dismissed concerns without having all the necessary information. My husband had an appointment today with Dr. Taylor and we will not be returning. The front desk staff was highly unprofessional. The only staff that were helpful and nice was the MA who saw us first and Matt, who did the EMG. Dr. Taylor was rude, dismissive, and didn't listen. We had to correct him multiple times about the location of prior surgery and what imaging had been done. Went to Dr. Taylor based on a referral from my primary care. And once I made the initial visit. It was about 2 visits later I was going on testing protocols for CIDP. Ct scan,mris (2) and blood work i was diagnosed. Treatment has been with Vivguard . First done on satellite office near me with Dr. Toni starting my treatment. Now im on home injections.
