As a VW owner for almost 20 years I have never before encountered such a poor Taylor service shop. Toyota is great. Booking several weeks out when I just need an immediate quick fix. Used to be able to drop in but not anymore. Seems like they don’t care. Sad. Won’t be giving them my business anymore.
Syed is an all-round great guy. I would feel confident sending family & friends to him. I actually drove out from Saskatoon based on a recommendation. I'm so glad I did! He's kind, patient, and funny. Thank you for Syed and staff for making my car shopping experience stress-free
Purchasing my first ever new car was a great experience at Taylor Volkswagen. Emad helped me along with my purchase from start to finish. Although the initial 3rd party vehicle car ad posted for my vehicle was not exactly accurate due to an error in some stock photos selected, I still bought a beautiful Atlas Execlin, in the most beautiful avocado pearl green with a stunning beige interior, sexy ambient lighting, huge sunroof for exploring the sky - I’m in love. I can't even give this dealership 1 star but forced to- they have zero customer service! The wait for anything is weeks/months. Service department is beyond rude! Treat people with zero respect ! A simple oil change is 6 weeks wait. Run from getting any work done here!
Spent three days on an issue we know is their fault, the experience we had was terrible. When my brother took it there to have the AC fixed, they told us they found the refrigerant was contaminated. But my brother has been taking his vehicle there, every year, to be serviced or for any issues since purchasing it brand new from them 6 years ago, so there is absolutely no where else it could have happened.
