I just bought a Used VW from a non VW dealership which left me unable to tester my car net. The service department was very helpful telling me the next Steps . I have an appointment tomorrow to get me set up properly
Got terrible service from the manager. Even if I wanted to buy the vehicle I wouldn't because the way he talked to me.

Staff doesn't even know the vehicle is sold out or not. I chatted to them and said to come for test drive but when I reached there it was found to be sold out. Really disgusting staffs. Never VW again.
VW Regina is excellent in both sales and service. I purposely waited to put this review up because I needed to see how the entire facility operated. Sales: Picked up a GTI from Alec at the end of 2025 and he was responsive, accommodating, knowledgable, and friendly. Never felt pressured to pull the trigger.
