As far as care goes it is pretty good except when it’s an emergency. My dog I rushed her in first thing in the morning called ahead and told them I think she has bloat. And yes she did. They quoted me over 8000 but knocked it down to 5600 and they wanted 70 percent up front. Which is fine but when I could only come up with 3400 cash on short notice they were hesitant to work on her. I am absolutely disgusted with this veterinary hospital and doctor that handled my dog. They not only suggested with such adamance that my dog had cancer and that: - ‘it probably spread to her liver and kidneys / surrounding areas from her spleen’ -She would more than likely die in surgery -Said I walked in with a dog and would probably walk out without one -That her blood transfusion would take 4 hours -They redid everything my own vet was doing and told me and I did not approve $590 charges - they never discussed how mu... read more
