Interesting how your company tries to defend itself here, but when I attempted to reply directly to your comment earlier, it was impossible — almost like it was blocked or hidden. Taylor’s Truck and Towing is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They are extremely dishonest, unprofessional, and only care about squeezing money out of people. We asked them to wait just a few minutes so we could get the cash to pay, but they refused and treated us terribly. They have no understanding of customers, no patience, and no integrity. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company — they will only cause you stress and frustration.”

Steve arrived shortly after my call to AAA regarding a tire sensor error reading. He identified and fixed the problem in a professional and more importantly caring manner that made me completely at ease given I had more than 300 miles to travel on a Sunday afternoon

The worst towing ever. He towed my truck to the shop of TA without my permission. I called him to tow my truck to the parking spot of TA, but he put the truck directly in the shop. When I asked him to take my truck off the shop, he said he couldn't.

Nick was the best. He arrived within 15 minutes. He was polite, professional and made us feel like everything was going to be ok. Excellent service and nice new platform tow truck
