Definitely wouldn’t recommend or at least shop around first. You’re better off going to a big dealership. They tried to put me in the worse car on the lot saying that’s all my credit could do. I went to a big dealership right up the road and they got me into a 2021 car.
I like the customer service, but the car they sold me was a lemon. Week after buying the car started having issues. Had a dealership look at it and the engine is bad. The rings specifically, come to find out a higher wieght of engine oil was put into the car "I suspect" to cover the issue. Unfortunately I bought used, as is and now im stuck with it. For a woman that has family pictures all over her desk and woman owned proudly displayed you sure don't mind ripping other mothers off. Please stay away from this scamming place.
This place is a scam do not but from this establishment. Bought a car and not even 10 hrs later the transmission was dropping out of gear, radiator need replacement and other related issues to the battery or cables. Luckily got out of the hole i put myself in. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
Don't buy from here. Worst place to do business in the greater Jacksonville area. They don't do anything they should, the cars aren't inspected prior to sale. You would be lucky if they cleaned it after auction. Every vehicle on their lot has major issues that they hide from you. If they allowed negative stars they win the prize. 7 months later I'm still waiting on my refund of every last cent they received from me. Shady AF!!!! Read every single review before shopping their lot!!!
