They seemed lovely at first but after the death of our son we had to take sometime of work and was behind in rent. Knowing we were struggling they started asking obscene stuff of us that no other realestate do, constantly doing drive bys and breaching the terms of our lease. We had to involve fair trade and pull them up on the lease breech. This caused us to be unable to save to get back ahead in our rent, which has now resulted in us being homeless. Horrible communication. Constantly chasing them for a response with no call backs. Tell us they are waiting on stuff that has already been sent multiple times. Place is a joke.
