My name is Jada I booked with Taylor in January on Friday the 26th. I ended up no longer wanting to go forward with the appointment & cancelled my appointment on Monday the 22nd. Her policy states that you have to cancel 48 hrs before the appointment without being charged. She requires a $100 deposit to book which doesn’t state it’s non refundable anywhere.
