Ordered, then silence, then inquired, told 12-15 business days before they ship. That's typical. Got the kits. Two sets of instructions for chlorine test. First one (which I used) has a small sidebar note saying use the other. I see why, first gave inaccurate results. CYA test, they give you enough reagent for about 3 tests and it's very hard to read. My test strips have worked fine for 26 years, so why did I do this? Expected a lot more. Live and learn.
