Everything was great got there at 6.30pm got loaded then I had to wait 45min for someone to get me my paperwork there is a light to let someone know your there butt...it doesn't work. This is 2025 and this is ridiculous.
Arrived on location to drop 2 coils off stood in front of receiving window from 1145 am to 1220 while 2 associated stood around to bs. They need to respect a truck driver schedule. I will not deliver back to them

Previously employee here. I reported to management that there was a clearly & admittedly a drunk employee that I had to work directly with. The drunk employee was told to sleep it off which he did out of sight on a forklift until the end of the shift. The next day the temp agency told me my assignment at Taylor had ended & no reason was given. Not a safe environment for anyone.
