As stated many times before,Worse sod company ever! As stated in other reviews, the owner, makes false promises and does not follow through with them. I called a week early to schedule delivery. I should of known they were not reliable when he stated he would call me Thursday to set the time for delivery. Well Thursday came and by the afternoon , no calls. I tried 5-6 times left messages. Worse sod company ever! As stated in other reviews, the owner, Josh, makes false promises and does not follow through with them. Not only did he not deliver the sod at the scheduled time, he suddenly stopped responding to phone calls when that time arrived. How does this company remain in business?!

I would agree with the previous post. I also had placed a sod order that was not delivered. When I called to see what happened I got the same response. Could not cut due to rain. When I asked Josh what time the following day it would be here because I had later plans in the afternoon the reply was maybe I should get sod somewhere else. So I did Sod Depot will be here Bright and Early and priced better to boot. Thanks for nothing Taylor Sod and Josh!!!
