This dental office is terrible! I’ve been dealing with them for over a year. I went into get cavities filled before I had my last child. They incorrectly billed my insurance (which I was told by the front desk clerk happens all the time) I’ve been into the office, I’ve sent emails to get this fixed and I’ve called numerous times with no response. When I went to the office I was told the issue would be fixed so paid money out of pocket for a co-pay they have NO evidence of and now they’ve sent me another bill with a $300 late... read more

So, far first impressions , solid 5 stars . But again it was my first visit. I chosen them based on a list of providers from Deltas web site. Then compared that list to a Google search comparing reviews they were among the top in satisfaction so I highly doubt this will get revised and will remain a solid 5. I am middle aged with some serious dental issues and they got me in the next day. I got a text seconds after I called the office on a day they were closed. Dr. Hassan and his team did a wonderful job taking care of me. Amanda did a great job on my cleaning and Zeinab tied everything together making the office welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend coming here for any dental work.
Scam alert this office will take your money and then say that they going to bill your insurance and then not do that. Then 1-2 years after the service send you a bill. I took proof that I paid the bills owed to them at time of service. Then they sent me to collections! The incompetences is unbelievable! Do not go to Taylor Smile Center!
