Took my car to Taylor’s garage in February of 2024, I purchased the parts myself and paid for the labor upfront, for 2 years they have communicated very little and have lied multiple times telling me my car will be done in a week, they moved from liberty to Asheboro without even notifying me and when I finally tracked them down I was lied to again about when my car will be finished.I decided to stop by the new shop because I couldn’t get in contact with anybody only to find out that was closed. My car has been with Taylor's Garage since September 2024. They stopped answering my calls. They took $1400 to "buy parts". They moved from Liberty to old Liberty road towards Asheboro and didn't tell me. Then I called and they said my car would be finished in a week. So I stopped by and the new shop was closed. Still can't find my car.
I'm so glad I found their ad on nextdoor! They did a great job of checking to make sure I didn't have any problems with my a/c system before they changed it! And gave me exactly the price they advertised! I will be back for tires and I know that they will be the only place I will need for repairs in the future! Told all my friends what a Great, Respectful, and Honest place this is!
