My son’s bike is a disaster AFTER I took it to Taylor’s Bike Shop for a tune-up and valve repair. They called him repeatedly telling him that he needed some extra things done and he just agreed, because he wanted it in good condition to sell it. But when he went to pick it up, it had both tires still unrepaired and it is still dirty! But they charged him $300 for all of the extra things they supposedly did, and then charged him extra for a couple of valves and told him to repair the tires himself…which is the only thing we r... read more

The customer service is terrible. I had them replace a tube, after which I rode the bike across the street and left it at my house. After work the next day, I went to take a ride, but the tube was flat! I took it back it in to Taylor's and told them what happened, and after examining it, they said that a thorn had crept in, popped the tube, and crept back out. When they showed me the hole, it was clearly a pinch-flat (I even had another bike shop check it out), and no matter what I said, they would deny it and feign sympathy... read more

Mike I have taken my bikes in for repairs for years. Every time they have been completed on time and work great. The staff has always treated me very well. I would recommend them to anyone. They have a huge selection of bikes. We have gone to Taylor's for year.

Provo's Best Bike Shop – I purchase my very first road bike from Taylor's and have been fully satisfied with their service to this day! After riding religiously for 2 years, my Carbon fiber frame cracked, because of their customer service I was able to receive a brand new frame at no cost. Twice on my rides I have had an urgent issue; Taylor's has taken time out of their busy schedule to give me a quick hand. Brandon is the #1 mechanic and does his work quickly and efficiently. Good Parts, Bad Service Taylor's has supplied me with the tires, tubes, and tools that I've needed. However, if I wanted to talk to someone that actually knew about bikes (and not just how to sell them) I would not go here. They're good for parts, not service.

Knowledgable sales saff, Unknowledgable mechanics – We bought 2 bikes from Taylor's. The sales staff was very helpful and knowledgable. We received a certificate for free tune-ups on our bikes. With summer coming I took my bike in to get a tune up. It came out in worse condition than I when I took it in. The chain rattled agains the guide, I couldn't shift gears, and twice during my shortened 4-mile ride the chain came off!! I do not recommend taking bikes there for tune-ups.

Quality bike shop Taylor's bike shop is one of the best bike shops in the area. They have a large selection and a clean store. They serviced my bike promptly. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and were able to explain several options that I could pursue. The store has a wide variety of products the are priced competitively with other shops.

Great Bike Shop! I had a very good experience with this bike shop. I felt like the staff were knowledgeable and personable. They answered all my questions, gave me several choices to solve my problem and were affordable. They serviced my jogging stroller in a reasonable amount of time. I didn't feel like they tried to talk me into any unnessesary products. I would definitely take my biking/stoller business to this shop.
