We love Dr Reed. We find her to be very knowledgeable and thorough
Took my 11 week old boxer puppy there for his vaccinations, he developed serious complications 2 days afterwards…at which time we tried to get him in to see the vet for an emergency visit, which was denied with no reason stated. He died three days later at the emergency vet in Madison. Had he received the care he should have and deserved, he may have been saved from his fate. 1 star being the lowest, would give 0 stars if it was possible!
Refused to see my new puppy after he had a severe reaction for the vaccines they had given him, went to the ER vet, and was told to follow up with our primary vet first thing in the morning. Called and after 6 hours and several attempts to reach them they finally called back, and refused to see him, instructed me to take him back to the ER. Will never take any of my pets back to this clinic. Mt Zion vet squeezed him in and was compassionate and more than helpful! All of my pets will be going to Mt Zion vet from now on.
We took our dog Cinder in for a dental procedure. She is always nervous about going to the vet. But we gave her n anxiety pill and the vet did a great job. She had eleven teeth pulled. Cinder is doing well and back to normal. Badger Vet is the best. Everyone makes Cinder feel at home. Thank you for caring.
