As professional dry cleaning goes, I’m not sure this business qualifies. Dropping off a garment and getting it back with the same stain on it, is obviously not what any customer wants. All the while not taking the time to advise me that they had not been successful at removing the stain (yet took my payment … at least tell me). Now I put the clothing on and surprise here’s the stain. Go elsewhere, customers. But then again where in Talladega - sigh.

Awesome customer service! This business supports Talladega High School and the Talladega HS JROTC. Our JROTC program has very limited funds for uniforms and dry cleaning. I took several of our JROTC uniforms in to be dry cleaned as we need to take care of the limited uniforms we have and the owner very kindly offered to dry clean the uniforms for free. What a blessing and a kindness! It is so good to have the support of our community - thank you so much !

I took a nice suit to this cleaners. I asked prior to handing it over if they could clean it without losing the buttons. The buttons were unique buttons. He, I suppose the owner or manager assured me he could. They lost my button and he put cheap buttons on the suit without my permission. When I asked for the original button back, he claimed he could not find them. He had the I do not care attitude and told me to sue him.
