Poor customer service. I cant speak for their work because Ive heard good things, but when a customer calls in, keeps getting bounced around between 4 people on hold, and each person asks the same question every-time they answer and then cops an attitude because they dont have all the details we provided multiple times, thats not fair to the customer. This interaction caused me to seek service elsewhere.
Now independent Johnson's Hardware and rental" but hasn't changed a lot.
One of the last Great hardware stores around!! Staff is outstanding, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous. Always willing to go the extra mile to help solve your problem-especially when you’re MacGyvering!
