Great customer service..very helpful
New update.... Let Taylor rental know that someone else fixed the problem and they didn't even ask what the problem was. Update...found another Bad Boy service center that would actually listen to me and problem was resolved in 5 min. Drives straight as an arrow now with no issues. I bought a Maverick HD 54 based on the recommendation of the sales rep. Based off the information I gave him of the 12 total acres I was going to be mowing every week. Staff was nice but my blower didn't get fixed was told to just hit it harder to get the battery in found someone that didn't mind the battery sticking and sold it
I've been renting from Taylor since I was a kid. They've always been extremely helpful and easy to work with. Everyone there does a great job of helping me find what I need, loading me up, and unloading when I return something. A staple of Highlands county.
