I have come to Taylor rental over the years to rent and have fixed miscellaneous things. I will say I have always been greeted by the staff in a friendly manner. Several times I have been greeted by Jonathon who has always been friendly and knowledgeable in the items they carry there. He has always treated me with respect which I’m sure he carries to every customer. Rented a stump grinder from this location as mine is being repaired. I was told the grinder was good to go on the phone. Once at this location in okeechobee I inspected the teeth and found there was multiple teeth with chips/ chunks missing. I was told by the “technician” it’s fine it will still grind! I explained I had 4 pine stumps to grind he continued to tell me it’s fine! Once I got to my job site and started on the first stump I spent a total of 2 hours attempting to grind with the machine. They give you equipment that does not work but they want to charge you anyways, very uncooperative and shady tactics
