They called a week and a half before a family members wedding and cancelled an order for a few pretty important items and said that someone extended their rental and those items would no longer be available. Huh??? The right thing to do would have been to tell that other customer that they are sorry but those items are already being rented by another customer. How do you do that to someone a week and half before there wedding?!? Not even if I got their items for free would I ever rent from this company!!
I could not have asked for better help. We were originally going to rent through Ralston for our wedding, but they went out of business without informing us. Taylor rental agreed to uphold the agreement I had with Ralston, and Grace was in constant contact with us throughout the process. How do you rent a pizza oven. Gets delivered with no pizza bricks. Your guys bring me one brick and the oven has 3 shelfs. And then get told nothing else can been done. Will never rent from here again for future events

Thank you to everyone at Taylor Rental for your help renting items for our wedding!! We came in over the winter to see the selection of china and silverware and chiavair chairs and were not disappointed, they had exactly what we were looking for. They even let us take a sample of the china and silverware to our venue to see how everything looked on the table!
