I went to Taylor rental on front Street today where I was approached by an old disrespectful man behind the counter.. I asked About a lawn tool .. I wanted to get Information on the tool and to see the tool. He rejected my request and said these words “ You’re not going to ruin my tool So I’m not going to rent it to you “ He felt the weather conditions weren’t conducive for the tool to be used.. We had a disappointing experience with Taylor Rental on Front St. We were told we could not rent the bounce house we requested because it was “too much work” to load, and assumptions were made about our ability to transport it without even asking. As a partner working alongside an organization planning a church event, I witnessed firsthand how poorly Taylor Rental on Front Street handled a simple rental request. The team I was working with was trying to rent a larger bounce house for the event, and instead of being helpful, the staff member they spoke with refused the request, saying it was “too much work” to load. I had a very poor experience with Taylor Rental on Front Street. If I could give Zero stars I would When I called to rent a bounce house for a church event, the woman I spoke with told me she would not rent me the bounce castle I requested because it was “too much work” for her to load. Without asking any questions, she also assumed I didn’t have a vehicle to pick it up.
