I went to rent a bobcat machine, which I have done several times at this same location. We signed the contact, I paid more than $750 for the rental, they gave me the keys to the machine, and my employees and I were loading it onto my trailor when somebody from True Value came out and told me that I could not in fact take the machine "because the new owner said I was taking it to too far." Recently stopped in when I heard that the same owners of the Inverness location bought this place. They already have new equipment and it works great. I was able to meet with Evan and he was very friendly. I’ve had great experiences at the Inverness location, and recently rented the new all terrain scissor lift from this one. Evan was able to walk me through operations and made them easy to understand. I’m happy that both locations are now under the same ownership and will continue to rent from both locations.
