They have abandoned a piece of equipment on our property for two months and have nothing but excuses when asked to pick it up.
Poor communication and business model. My client paid for the month. Lift had issues that needed to be fixed due to bad sensors not allowing lift to extend all the way and telling us bucket was over weight when it wasn't. (We worked for over two weeks with it in this condition.) They take the lift back and get it repaired but drop it back off while it's raining (we are painting) then say they need to come take it back at 1pm the following day. They'll rent you broken equipment. Paid top dollar for a brushcutter. Got it home on a friend's trailer. Tire flat. (They'd pumped it up before loading, left the cap off the stem) Friend had to go. I pump up tire 3 times before it falls off rim. (tire falling apart; rubber grainy; previous plugged leak). Got <3 hrs out of it. Returned Sunday with a note of explanation. Asked for 50% refund (should have been 100%). Called Monday. Told they had gotten the note and would be sure to let a manager know... End of story. Got our st... read more
