Honest, honorable people. We rent here frequently as a result of good business. Machines are in good shape here also.
I’ve been running equipment from Taylor Rental for many years. It’s a family owned business - they treat you right they always answer the phone Even help with the inquiries whenever you’re renting the piece of equipment - They know their equipment. The employees are well trained. They REFUSED to rent equipment to be used for the flooded areas of Kerrville. Was told they will not rent equipment to be used for natural disasters. I am disgusted by their decision to place business over people. Apparently, PROFITS > people.
**Wouldn’t Be My First Choice** I had heard a lot of good things about this place, which is why I decided to check it out — but this was my experience. While the establishment is functional, the experience may raise concerns for first-time or out-of-town visitors. The guy at the front originally told me the security deposit was $150, then tried to slip in and change it to $250.
