I am under the care of Dr. Ratliff and couldn't be happier. I was referred to them by my dentist who thought I may have had cancer in my gums . Dr. Ratliff concluded I do not , but Dr Ratliff was concerned about WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A SIMPLE BURN ON MY LOWER LIP , he did a biopsy and it turns out I have precancerous cells in my lower lip . I have a PEACE OF MIND being under his care and the other Doctors there . These Doctors all amazing and highly skilled at their profession. Broke a tooth a few days ago and totally paranoid about going to the dentist. I have had to have a surgeon like Dr. Ratliff take care of my teeth. I've been to him before, a wonderful place to go, get you in, get you out and the price is not that crazy, great people! They don't waste your time talking a lot they just do their job. Exceptional service and care. From making an appointment to the front office staff, they go above and beyond. Lacy, who was in the room with me, was so kind and put me at ease. When I mentioned concerns about my tooth, she answered every question and explained what to expect. Dr Tayor and Dr Ratliff never rush they make sure all is well and ensure any questions are answered and never rush you. They make you feel valued, and their rates are better than others. You have customer service and value, I highly recommend them.
Had 2 really bad teeth taken out today. I am terrified of needles. The entire staff was amazing and kind but Dr. Ratliff really impressed me with his bed-side manner. He told me everything he was doing as he did it so there were no surprises. It made all the difference. Thank you!
