Dr. Carle is truly incredible beyond words. This was my 2nd time going to get correction for a deviated septum which was performed elsewhere the first time around. I feel so lucky to have found her. Her compassion, empathy, and professionalism were outstanding. She made me feel heard and put me at ease with different options, which continued after surgery as well. Dr Carle is one of the most knowledgable, methodical and caring doctors I have ever known. I highly recommend her. She spent significant amount of time with me during every visit and listened very carefully. She was able to correctly diagnose and find effective solutions. All staff members and PAs in her office are also extremely professional and organized.
At the recommendation of my Internist I was referred to Dr. Carle. I phoned and they gave me an appointment 2 months out but days before my appointment I received a call and told that they had to cancel my appointment because she was no longer taking new patients. I waited for 2 months while I could have seen another doctor had I been told from the very beginning that she was no longer taking new patients. No way to treat people.
I visited the Cedars-Sinai Pasadena location for an appointment with Dr. Carle. My ears seemed clogged and I had lost my ability to hear for about a week. I was promptly taken in by Dr Carle's staff Dr Carle herself was very kind and considerate when treating me. She explained me the diagnosis in detail and treated me with care. I hope I do not end up having more medical troubles with my Ear but if I do , I am sure that I will be seeing Dr Carle again.
I wish all of my doctors were like Dr. Carle. She's patient and really listens to you. A true professional.
