I recently purchased and installed an indoor/outdoor digital thermometer. It worked just fine for two weeks. I checked the batteries in both sending and receiving unit--they were all good. After being inside for about three hours the sending unit started working. I hung it back outside and it worked for a week and then quit. Same procedure: brought it inside for a while and voila, it works again. Can this be fixed?
