Fantastic guy. I called up out of the blue as I had a leak in my roof header tank to outside, but unfortunately Taylor has a leg injury. Instead of telling me he is unable to work he said to send him photos and videos on whatsapp and he'll talk me through any steps i'm able to do myself. We ended up stopping the leak temporarily until I was able to call another plumber to do a house visit. so he saved me stress and money on the leak. He gave me his time and expertise free of charge.
