Very satisfied with our water heater replacement. The installation was completed efficiently, and the technician answered all of our questions.
Nice Job!
The shower repair was done on a Saturday which was very convenient for my work schedule. There was no extra weekend fee which I found to be a very fair business practice. The technician was efficient and fixed the leaking head in under thirty minutes.
I had a toilet repair that turned out to be a bit more complicated due to a cracked flange. The plumber explained the situation clearly and gave me a revised estimate before starting the extra work. I value that kind of transparency in a business.
I had them out for a toilet repair because the guest bathroom unit was constantly cycling. The technician was very honest about the cost of parts versus a full replacement. We opted for the repair and it has been working perfectly for several months now.
