I'm not sure if this is happening to others, but he tends to nod off and drop his pen during most of my appointments. One time I just stopped talking when he nodded off to, see what would happen and he just went to sleep. The biggest red flag was that he literally went to sleep for at least a minute during my second appointment and left me a very unapologetic voicemail describing it as drowsiness. He's a very nice man and I hate to say it, but I feel like he might be getting too old to practice.
