Very honest and friendly. Ashley was great over the time period. They were having a shortage of technicians, and it took a minute , but it was reasonable and they did good work. Theyvpicked up and delivered my mower back to my house.
Consumer Beware!!!!! I brought my mower to them in April for a simple service. I got it back three weeks later and it went from only needing a belt to the PTO not engaging and not seeing where the belt was replaced. I took it back to them as they stated they would make it right. 2.5 months later I get my mower back and it still will not engage the PTO. They also still charged me for “making it right” … Harry’s is pricier and a bit of a drive as it is in Augusta, but they will treat you right. This place, RUN!!

Horrible customer service. Everyone is very rude. Bought a brand new mower and when they assembled the machine they made an error and then were rude accusing it of being my fault when it is obviously a workmanship error & was still charged for the repair anyway. This is all after buying the brand new mower from them and they cheated me out of a maintenance set that I was told I would receive. Will never return to this place. I would rather drive to Columbia South Carolina for service than be treated horribly by bitter people... read more
