RecommendedThey were very helpful with my appointment. I require some special accommodations, I was made to feel comfortable and welcomed. The front office staff went above and beyond assisting in getting my insurance pushed through, my insurance carrier didn't have a particular part of my vision insurance not activated properly, they corosponded back and forth until the issue was rectified.

I ended up paying a total of 420.00 for 2 pair after the original quote was 360.00. When picked up, I had to write a post dated check to pick up due to the mistaken quote. they agreed to hold said check until I get my social security check in October. they deposited the check and now I will have 36.00 fees accruing until I get paid. I called and they told me they can't help. Do not recommend.

Dr Taylor is amazing but the office lady’s in front are horrible. Was so rude with us and said all my personal info out loud for everyone to hear.
