I would give Zero stars if I could. They are supposed to give me information on a case. The Texas attorney general has told them too. However they still have not, they will not return calls and the secretary names SHAY is the rudest person I have spoken with. She refused to let me speak to a manager and hung up on me. She needs to be fired. People working with the public should be held to higher standards and respectful. She is plain out RUDE and hateful.
Outstanding. They did extensive work on a FOIA request for the city of Euless, when I asked for bodycam to be released of an incident. I’m very happy with the work they did as it cost the City of Euless tax dollars to prevent the release of information to me. I’d give them 10/5 stars if I could.
