Taylor Oil AKA Just Oil, because YES, they are the same company, has left me to suffer in the middle of winter by REFUSING to deliver my ALREADY PAID FOR OIL to my new residence where there is already an existing account. My delivery was confirmed, sent to the WRONG address, and then cancelled altogether when they found out I am a disabled customer receiving HEAP. They have effectively committed fraud in refusing to fulfill my oil delivery because they already have payment for it. Not to mention they made a false police repo... read more

DISHONEST: My Landlord had my underground oil tank removed and replaced with an above ground. The work was done by Taylor. The new tank was filled with the oil in the old tank, whichI had paid for, and there was over 60 gallons left since the new tank was smaller than the old tank. There were 3 employees present, sitting around joking while the surplus oil was pumped into a tank in their van. I asked what will happen with my oil and they said I would be given credit for it. Called company to report one of their drivers driving recklessly - cutting off with no space to safely do so, break checking, flitting between lanes on a busy three lane road. Provided license, pictures, and dash cam video. Nobody cared. I can’t imagine how if they don’t care about putting people in danger driving, that they care about putting people in danger with someone as serious as fuel/oil.

Customer service=bad What else you you need from an oil delivery company? Oil? Tons of trucks drive by the front of your house all thruough winter that can do that! Not impressed.
