It's all about the money and what they can charge. Nice staff but vet wasn't great.
Wonderful, friendly staff. I called for a sick dog appointment at 6pm on Friday evening g, they were very kind and saw my dog that night. Everyone was super friendly, kind and accommodating
We are always impressed with WAHPR. The front desk staff is always pleasant & helpful as are all the Vet Techs that we’ve had. The Veterinarians have been knowledgeable and compassionate in all the issues we’ve had with all our dogs. We’ve used them for regular health checks, surgeries, heart worm treatments & emergencies. As well as boarding & grooming. The boarding & grooming staff is great as well. We would highly recommend WAHPR.
We were able to get a same day emergency appointment for our cat, Molly, on a Saturday. The staff were very kind and supportive. We highly recommend Wachusett Animal Hospital. Thank you, Dr. Laura and team!
