I brought my dog Roger in and had a really good experience. The staff was kind, patient, and made Roger feel comfortable the whole time. They explained everything clearly and treated us like they really cared

I wanted to give Wachusett Animal hospital a chance because I’m new to the area, even though a friend had warned me that the staff could be rude. Unfortunately, my experience confirmed exactly what I had been told. I called today because I was looking for care for my pet, and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. My cat was treated with empathy and compassion and the staff accommodated her nervous temperament as best they could. Her condition and diagnosis were explained plainly and thoroughly, and they provided multiple options for her new prescription diet given the fact that she can be a picky eater. Thank you for helping my kitty and giving me the tools to properly manage her disease. Xia would also thank you, but she's not particularly pleased that I made her go to the doctor.
