It's sad and dishonest practice from this builder. They sell their houses to you at market price, and they do not accept offers on houses because they say they cannot devaluate others people houses. But when they are done in a community, they sell their remaining inventory under price, devaluation the price of our houses. When you want to resale your home you have to use the comparables and your house will be compared to the one that the Deceloper sold under price...then you have to compete with developers... If buying from this builder have as many inspections done as possible and especially between steps in the construction. Their main priority is money and not building you a great home. The prices are far too high for the quality of the materials and labor. I do not blame the workers as they only do as instructed but the issue lies with corporate as in most cases. It is a shame so many people are being taken advantage of by not only this company but many other ones
