Very Shady Builder. They will eat your deposit on very small technicalities, and refuse to work with you once ANY part of the contract comes within their favor. I have even reported them to the better business bureau. Stay away from these people, I've had amazing experiences with other builders such as MI Homes, Park Square, and GL homes in the area. But stay away from these cons. For reference I was buying in the Wesley Chapel area of Two Rivers and River Landing.

I don’t even know where to begin. The experience with this home has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening. I’ve had to submit multiple warranty tickets for a slew of problems—some addressed, others not—but the sheer number of issues is unacceptable for a brand-new home.
