Total Ripoff! Charges me $250 for an ear infection. Needed a second dose and they refused to refill insisting I spend another $250. Avoid this place.
The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient from the moment we called through the day of the appointment. The entire experience was smooth and positive. Highly recommend!
Great knowledge and care for our Cocker Spaniël Rocky. Friendly staff. Love how they have the separate waiting area. He recently had a tumor removal and the vet followed up. Also with other procedures - call you and give you status update. Clean and welcoming.
Thank you Dr. NICK and staff. I have a 3 month old puppy that I just adopted 2 days ago. She is very lethargic and not eating along with other symptoms I won't get into. They made me a very last minute appointment to see my baby girl. We didn't necessarily get the best news. I am still grateful for how quickly I was seen, no questions asked. We had an emergency gut situation, including projectile vomiting, with our labradoodle, which we thought might be fatal. I saw Dr. McCoy, and he was exceptional! He was kind, patient, and thoughtful in his diagnosis. Following his prescribed treatment, our doodle was nearly back to herself within 24 hours! The entire staff was helpful and friendly. I am so thankful!
