Set up a date and time for cleaning services but they were a no show. I had texted and emailed the night before with no response. If Taylor Maid did not want the job, all they needed to do is contact me and I would have understood but no call, no text, no email, NOT PROFESSIONAL! Oh well, probably best since I had to spray Febreze an hour after the owner and her employee left, the smell of cigarettes were overwhelming!

She was very sweet and did a very good job and was thorough. Took a little longer than I expected but I was very impressed with results. Would definitely recommend her to anyone. I've had bad experiences letting people in my home. Things coming up missing etc. Everything was in order and nothing was missing after she left. She gave a gaurentee for her work. If I were to find something that displeased me. She said to let her know and she would come back or alter her price.
